How do I get my prescription refilled?

We urge our patients to not run out of their medication or wait until the weekend for a refill. If you have a current prescription with us, call your pharmacy to request a refill. They will either fax or e-send a refill request. If you prefer or need a printed prescription, please call the office at 623-975-0500 and leave a message on the voicemail. Please allow 72 hours for refills. Additionally, some medications require prior authorization from your insurance plan and this can take several days.

I called the office but had trouble getting through.

We have an automated phone system in our office to better serve our patients. This allows us to attend to patients and prioritize and manage incoming calls. Sometimes this means that all available lines are in use. If this happens, please do try again. If you are having an emergency and having difficulty with the phone system, you can press “0” and someone will assist you. We strive to return calls on the same day. Routine matters within two days.

I need to speak with the MA, how can I get a hold of them?

There is a voice mailbox for the MA’s. Messages are taken off the voice mailbox daily. Calls are generally returned at the start or end of the day, and as is possible throughout the day. Additionally, our front office can send a message directly through our electronic system directly to the MA’s as needed during office hours.

Can I be seen today if I call or walk-in?

We generally try to accommodate all patients, schedule permitting. You can also ask to be placed on the cancellation list.

What if I do not have insurance?

We are still happy to see you as a patient. Please call 623-975-0500 for office visit rates. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. We have an automated service that will call to remind you 48 hours prior to your appointment.
