Dr. RundbakenDr. Craig M. Rundbaken, D.O., FACOI, FCCP

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Sleep
Medicine

Dr. Rundbaken is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, as well as the College of Chest Physicians. He has been practicing in Arizona since 1997 primarily in Sun City West and Sun City. He founded his Respiratory and Valley Fever Clinic in 2003. He is the Director of Arizona Medical Sleep Institute in Sun City and of Goodnight Sleep Lab in Wickenburg. Dr. Rundbaken is a founding member of the Valley Fever Alliance of Arizona. He is privileged at Banner Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital and Banner Boswell Hospital.

Dr. Rundbaken is a 1992 medical graduate of Des Moines University. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Garden City Hospital in conjunction with Michigan State University in 1995. His Pulmonary fellowship was completed in 1997 at Botsford General Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1986.

Dr. Laura L’Heureux, D.O., FACOOG

Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Board Certified in Sleep Medicine

Dr. L’Heureux is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists and began practicing in Arizona in 1997. She is also board eligible in Sleep Medicine and sees patients with those concerns in association with Dr. Rundbaken while completing her studies in this field. She plans on becoming one of the first physicians with dual certification in both Sleep Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2013. Her experience in women’s health lends a unique perspective on female sleep issues. She plans to focus her practice on restless legs and sleep disordered breathing during pregnancy, insomnia during the peri and postmenopausal periods, circadian rhythm disorders, and hormonal counseling.

Dr. L’Heureux graduated from Des Moines University in 1992. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Botsford General Hospital in conjunction with Michigan State University in 1997. Prior to medical school she was trained as an epidemiologist by the CDC and worked for the Los Angeles County Health Department. She earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1983.

Staff

The staff of the Respiratory and Valley Fever Clinics welcome you to our office. The Respiratory and Valley Fever Clinics were established in 2003 by Dr. Rundbaken, a Board Certified Pulmonologist and Internist. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the chest. The Valley Fever Clinic was opened in response to the increasing epidemic. It serves as a local referral center for physicians and patients who want to optimize their diagnosis and treatment of the disorder.

Judy Foskett, Office Manager

Judy has been with Respiratory and Valley Fever Clinic since August of 2003 and has been in Office Practice Management for over 15 years. If you have any issues with your insurance, billing, or any issues you feel need administrative attention, please contact Judy.

Lou Ann Wade, RT

Lou Ann conducts Pulmonary Function Tests in our office. Pulmonary Function Tests (also called PFT’s), are utilized in diagnosing many lung diseases.

Maria Aguilera, CMA

Maria has been Dr. Rundbaken’s medical assistant for over 5 years.

Trisha Jacobo, MA

Trisha recently joined Dr. Rundbaken’s medical staff and has years of experience in a pulmonary office setting.

Amber Craig, Medical Receptionist

Amber handles all scheduling and works in the front office. She has been a member of our staff for over 5 years.
